Compass Cottage, has a wonderful warm character, it is decorated throughout in neutral relaxing colours with very comfortable furniture. The lounge /diner has great oak beams & a lovely  fireplace built in brick, this is a holiday you certainly won't forget.

Leading from the lounge is a cloak room/ toilet.

Leading from the lounge is a small,  but  very well equipped modern kitchen, which leads onto a  south facing garden which has tables & chairs, storage for bicycles and a drying area.

The first floor bedroom overlooks a cottage garden, it  has a double bed, with tasteful modern furniture.
Bathroom:  toilet, wash basin, bath with shower attachment & shaving point.

The second floor attic bedroom has three adult single beds, modern furniture and fitted cupboard. This room also has lovely views across the marshes and harbour.
