Deposits

£295 - £300 per wk - deposit £100

£310 - £400 per wk - deposit £170

£410 - £680 per wk - deposit £190

Balances are paid on arrival

Deposits are refunded if cancellation is made within the 8 weeks before arrival. If you have to cancel within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount will still be due.

We always try to relet and will return the amount we take, however it is always best to take some form of travel insurance.

WINTER BREAKS

Are available from November 2010 until end of March 2011

Prices start from £250 a week / £190 weekend (part weeks are available)

(excluding Xmas & New Year)

Price includes Electicity, Heating & Bedding

Terms & Conditions of Booking

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (from March to November, unless special offer appears)
Lettings start from 2pm on the day of arrival and end no later than 10am on the day of departure.
On early arrival cars can be parked up if space is empty.
Sorry no pets are allowed in the properties or the gardens.
Sorry no smoking allowed in the properties
Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels & tea towels.
All breakages must be reported.
